It was organized by the Initiative "Recht und Digitalisierung" (RuD) of the Department of Law at the University of Konstanz, together with the Centre for Human | Data | Society, as a fully hybrid event. The colloquium focused on the intradisciplinary exchange between civil, criminal and public law in discourse with representatives of legal linguistics, computer science and the social sciences.
