1. In unserer schönen Altstadt-Wohngemeinschaft wird ab dem 1.11.20 (ggf. auch 1.12. 20) ein Zimmer frei. Das Zimmer hat ca. 16m2 und kostet ca. 440 Euro/Monat (Internet und Nebenkosten inklusive). Die 4-Zimmer-Wohnung befindet sich im zweiten Stock eines schönen Altbau-Hauses in der Nähe vom Bodanplatz und ist hell und geräumig. Neben Bad und Küche teilen wir uns ein Gästezimmer, in dem Besuch jederzeit willkommen ist.
Wir, deine beiden potentiellen Mitbewohnerinnen, Sarah und Marie, sind beide über 30 und arbeiten an der Universität sowie in einem Museum. Wir sind viel unterwegs und freuen uns, wenn wir uns ab und an zum gemeinsamen Kochen oder auf ein Glas Wein in der Küche treffen. Wir suchen eine/n Mitbewohner*in, der/die bestenfalls auch schon berufstätig ist, längerfristig in Konstanz bleiben wird, hinter sich aufräumt und Lust auf eine entspannte Wohngemeinschaft hat.

We are looking for a flatmate for our spacious and bright apartment in the city centre. The room is available from the 1st of November 2020 (possibly also December), has 16m2. The rent is approximately 440 Euros, including bills and everything. The flat has 4 bedrooms, one of which we share as a guestroom, shared bathroom and a fully equipped kitchen.

2. I`m looking for a flatmate starting 1st Oktober 2020 (date is flexible) until 1 March 2021.
The flat is particularly well located (Brauneggerstraße, Paradies), very bright and spacious, with a lovely loggia overlooking the inner courtyard and the Münster, wooden floors, washing machine and dish washer. The building (Altbau) also has a common terrace which can be used by tenants during the day. The room is 15m² and can be rented partially furnished or unfurnished. The whole flat ist about 70m² with a fully equipped kitchen, a bright sitting room, a loggia, a bathroom and a separate WC. The rent is 550€ total (including internet, electricity etc.).
I'm 35 years old and work as a teacher. I like hiking, swimming, meeting up with friends etc. I'm looking for a quiet flatmate but also like shared activities like cooking, sitting together over a drink etc.
