The Academic Staff Development event programme supports academics at the University of Konstanz with a wide range of information events and workshops on developing interdisciplinary skills in research, teaching and management.

The first Postdoc Week at the University of Konstanz takes place from 18 to 22 November 2024. It is aimed at postdocs of all career stages and disciplines. We will provide information on academic careers and alternative career paths, and promote networking and orientation at the University of Konstanz.

The annual "Postdoc Appreciation Week" takes place across Germany from 16 to 20 September 2024. The Postdoc Appreciation Week intends to provide attention, visibility and support to postdocs, to promote and highlight existing postdoc networks and services, to create new connections and to integrate international postdocs. Research institutions, organisations and postdoc networks will offer a collective programme with in-person as well as online events and activities specifically for postdocs.…
