Regional Dual Career Network 2careers
Coordinated by the University of Konstanz, employers from the fields of research, business and Civil Service started a regional dual career network in 2011: the Dual Career Netzwerk Bodensee. As a network of practice, its members meet the challenge to search for career opportunities for the second moving partners of their newly employed staff members. In addition to the network, the university has also concluded its own bilateral dual career agreement with the Municipality of Konstanz.

Dual Career Netzwerk Deutschland
The University of Konstanz was one of the co-founders of the Dual Career Network Germany (Dual Career Netzwerk Deutschland – DCND) in 2010 and plays an active role ever since. The nationwide network developed quality standards for dual career services and stands for institutionalizing dual career support as professional services. With its joint public relations and contacts to German and European research institutions, it also aims at strengthening the German research area. The DCND is therefore nationally and internationally recognized as an expert network for dual career issues.
