Hiring processes

At the University of Konstanz, we have established our own guidelines and recommendations for hiring new researchers and advancing the careers of junior researchers. A guide for gender-equitable hiring of research staff is available in German.

We have also published a leaflet called "Gender Bias in Academia", which offers research findings and recommendations for gender equality in research.
