Info meetings WiSe 2023-24

The MultiSportEvent for charity will guarantee you an unforgettable time!
All mixed teams will compete in the following disciplinies:
Gymnastic Ball Tennis, Volleyball, RoundNet, Table Tennis, Wii-Bowling, Table Soccer, DiscGolf and Viking Chess.
The 3-Balls-Night will already take place on the next day on Thu, 26.10.2023 starting at 15.15!
Join our already registered 3 international teams "Global Players", "Erasmus United" and "World Wide Winners" and save the starter fee amounting 50 EUR/team and lead them to glory!
A team consists of at least 6, maximum 12 people. In each match, at least 2 women and 2 men must always actively participate in the game!
Note: Every team needs an official team captain!

The university's mixed soccer winter season (5-a-side, max. 12 players/team) will take place indoors again at the University Sports Hall!
Information on the league’s rules and regulations and possibility to team up and a chance to join the tournament.
Uni-Liga Konstanz will take place Sundays, 12.11./19.11/26.11.2023 from 15.30─19.30.

Every adult (18 years and older) registered in Germany is obliged to register for the license fee for the public-service broadcasting. Every household has to pay the fee (18,36 Euro per month).
What is it all about? Come and find out!

Please bring/have at hand:  
o  all letters you have so far received from the Beitragsservice
o  if a flatmate is paying the fees for your household:
Full name and "Beitragsnummer" of flatmate (in header of last letter)

You’re studying for another semester and need to extend your visa/residence permit?
Join in for info and assistance and lets apply for the residence permit for study purposes online together!
This meeting will not be recorded!

Please bring/have at hand:  
o  passport and additionally residence permit card
o  1 new biometrical passport sized photograph (if applicable)
o  new health insurance certificate (if applicable)
o  new enrolment certificate with estimated end of studies from SSZ (B4) (if applicable)
o  financial proof for the extended study period (if applicable)

If you’d like to receive ECTS (credits) or grades in courses of the department/section of Economics, History, Language Institute, Law, Literature and Linguistics, Philosophy, Politics and Public Administration, Sociology, SportScience and Transferrable Skills, then you have to register for examinations/assessments via ZEuS now!
In order to be able to do so, we will all first create a TAN-list (TAN=transaction number) for those who haven’t created one yet. We will then register for examinations/assessments together.

Please bring/have at hand:  
o  laptop (if applicable) and access codes for campus WiFi/WLAN
o  TAN list (if applicable) or data sheet of WiSe 2023/2024
("Datenkontrollblatt" - data sheet with blue stamp for student ID card)

For all international students who will leave Konstanz at the end of the winter semester 2023/2024!
You will receive all important information regarding the formalities that have to be dealt with before you return back home (e.g. important information for non-EU/EEA students regarding the residence permit and its expiry, how to request the Transcript of Records, your municipal de-registration and exmatriculation, etc.).

Please have at hand:
o your (Seezeit) tenancy contract
o non-EU/EEA: your passport and residence permit card/visa

General information regarding the obligatory re-registration for the SuSe 2024, introduction to GO-Konstanz March 2024 and an overview of important dates and events during the lecture free period and upcoming semester, etc.
