The University of Konstanz is looking for contact persons working in Germany or its neighbouring countries who want to support students and graduates from Ukraine through informal exchanges about career opportunities and information about the labour market.
As a contact person, you can make a difference with little effort. You have valuable insider knowledge: About your industry, possible career paths, sought-after knowledge and skills, and about cultural differences and similarities between the working world in Ukraine and in Germany or the country you work in. We would be happy if you were willing to share this knowledge with students in search of entry-level positions, internships and possible career prospects. The extent to which you do this is up to you. Even a one-time conversation (also by phone or video) can help students and graduates find their way. If you have the time and desire to talk to students more often, you are very welcome to do so. However, this is absolutely not a must.
