Student Service Centre (SSZ)

SSZ – three letters, great service!

The Student Service Centre on level B4 is your first point of contact, whether you are a current or prospective student and come from Germany or abroad. Every day, we happily assist you with all study-related formalities. Ask us for information about available study programmes, student ID card (UniCard) and enrolment certificates, make an appointment for individual consultation, get informed about opportunities for a stay abroad and turn in applications related to your student status.

Orientation semester for refugees

Have you come to Germany as a refugee, and would you like to prepare for studying at the University of Konstanz or elsewhere?

You have German and/or English language skills at level B2?

During the orientation semester and before you even enrol, you can attend individual courses and earn a certificate of attendance or even take the respective exams.

If you are interested, please make an appointment with the coordination "Studying in Asylum".
