The Emmy Noether Programme of the German Research Foundation (DFG) enables outstanding early career researchers to qualify for a full university professorship by leading an early career research group for a period of six years.
All post-doctoral researchers and junior professors with a fixed-term contract and in the early stages of their academic careers can apply.
