Building bridges between universities and cities

Nantes Université invites leading representatives from the European University for Well-Being to join EUniWell Rectors’ Assembly and Mayors' Meeting. The University of Konstanz Rectorate is represented by Katharina Holzinger and Rüdiger Wilhelmi, and the city of Konstanz by David Tchakoura, director of Konstanz International.

The European University for Well-Being (EUniWell), a European university alliance where the University of Konstanz is a member, will be hosting its 7th Rectors' Assembly as well as a Mayors' Meeting from 26 to 28 June 2024. Both central events will take place at the Nantes Université and in the city of Nantes (France). Katharina Holzinger (rector of the University of Konstanz), Rüdiger Wilhelmi (Vice Rector for Teaching) and David Tchakoura (director of the city of Konstanz's staff unit Konstanz International) will be among those travelling to Nantes for the events.

Both meetings bring together the rectors from the universities participating in EUniWell as well as representatives of their respective cities and regions with the aim of using research, education and community engagement to improve the well-being of local residents.
