Promoting and supporting our early career researchers is one of our primary goals. We work hand in hand with the rest of the university and the Rectorate to reach this aim.
Academic Staff Development (ASD) provides support in the areas of human resources development and the advancement of early career researchers and joins forces with the Office for Equal Opportunity, Family Affairs and Diversity, the International Office (IO) and Student Affairs and Teaching to assure our early career researchers receive comprehensive support services. We assist researchers with developing and strengthening the competencies needed to work in academic fields around the world.
Our unified strategy for the development of key research, teaching and management competencies relies heavily on close collaboration among the areas of academic human resources development, university didactics, equal opportunity and internationalisation. This strategy encompasses providing individual support services as well as consultation for the structural development of university institutions and management.
