Nach erfolgreicher Teilnahme erhalten die Mentees am Ende des Programms ein Zertifikat, das die Teilnahme und die damit verbundenen Leistungen dokumentiert. Für Mentees gelten bestimmte Bedingungen für den Erhalt des Zertifikats:

Kick-off-Veranstaltung (obligatorisch)
Abschlussveranstaltung (obligatorisch)
Workshop zur Karriereentwicklung (obligatorisch)
Networking-Veranstaltungen (optional)
Diversity-Veranstaltungen
Vorträge
Erfahrungsbericht
Einreichung eines Erfahrungsberichts bis zum Tag der Abschlussveranstaltung (per E-Mail). In diesem Bericht reflektieren Sie Ihr Mentoring-Jahr auf etwa einer DIN A4-Seite.

ENGLISH VERSION
After successful participation, mentees receive a certificate at the end of the programme documenting participation and related achievements. Certain conditions apply for mentees to receive the certificate:
Workshops
Kick-off event (compulsory)
Closing event (compulsory)
Career development workshop (compulsory)
Networking events (optional)
Diversity events
Presentations
Field report
Submission of a progress report by the day of the final event (by e-mail). In this report, you reflect on your mentoring year on approximately one DIN A4 page.
