Konstanzia MEiN - Mentoring with Experts and international Networking
The international mentoring programme for female doctoral researchers MEiN is being advertised again for 2025. It is aimed at female doctoral candidates in the 2nd or 3rd year of their doctorate who are aiming for an academic career.
The core of the programme is one-to-one mentoring at a university abroad. The trip for academic exchange and career planning is funded with an amount of up to € 2,000. In addition to the mentoring, accompanying career-related workshops and network meetings are part of the programme.
Deadline for applications is 15.11.2024.
Funding duration and period: 01.01.2025 to 31.12.2025
The programme is offered and implemented by the Equal Opportunities Office as a personnel development measure.
