Benjamin Korman won the Best Paper Award for a Paper with International Implications. He received this award together with Professor Florian Kunze and the authors Max Reinwald and Sebastian Koos from the Organizational Behavior Division at the Academy of Management Meeting in Boston. The paper has the title "How Political Context Affects Immigrants' Social Contacts Dynamics and Mental Health at Work".

We perform switching current measurements of planar Josephson junctions (JJs) coupled by a common superconducting electrode with independent control over the two superconducting phase differences. We observe an anomalous phase shift in the current–phase relation of a JJ as a function of gate voltage or phase difference in the second JJ.
