Inequality Barometer: Middle Class - Who Is That?

The survey of the Cluster's Inequality Barometer reveals great degrees of misperception of the amount and distribution of income and wealth inequality: Many of the rich, as well as many members of the lower income groups, falsely assume they belong to the middle class. Nevertheless, respondents would prefer a more egalitarian society, and have a pessimistic outlook on opportunities for social mobility.

Launch des FAIR Office Austria

Das FAIR Office Austria wurde am 9. Juni 2021 online gelauncht. Das Office wurde im Rahmen des Projektes FAIR Data Austria entwickelt und aufgebaut. Ziel der Initiative ist es, Stakeholder aus der Forschung und aus Serviceeinrichtungen zu vernetzen und gemeinsam die Umsetzung der FAIR-Prinzipien in Österreich voranzutreiben. Das FAIR Office Austria stellt darüber hinaus praxisnahe Informationen für Forschende und Serviceprovider zur Verfügung und ist an die globale GO FAIR Initiative angebunden.
