Das eigene Gleichgewicht trainieren und gleichzeitig etwas für die Wissenschaft tun:

Teilnehmende trainieren im Zeitraum von einer Woche an drei Tagen (je 45 Minuten) und werden dann im Verlauf von sechs Wochen an vier Terminen (je 20 Minuten) im Hinblick auf die Nachhaltigkeit des Trainings untersucht. Gesucht werden Personen zwischen 18 - 35 Jahren sowie zwischen 55 - 70 Jahren.
