The Doctoral Workshop on Quantitative Dynamic Economics is jointly organized by the Universidad Carlos III de Madrid, the Aix-Marseille School of Economics, Université de Strasbourg and the Macroeconomics group of the University of Konstanz.
This year’s workshop took place at the Université de Strasbourg on 5th and 6th October and was financed by the Franco-German University. Doctoral researchers from the University of Mannheim, University of Düsseldorf, Universitat Pompeu Fabra, Erasmus School of Economics, Queen Mary University of London, Aix-Marseille School of Economics, University of the Basque Country, Université de Strasbourg and the University of Konstanz presented and discussed their current research projects. Presentation topics included monetary and fiscal policy, income and wealth inequality, labor market dynamics, trade, and financial markets and macroeconomics. During the workshop, the participating young scholars benefitted from lively discussions and had the chance to establish new contacts.
