Annual notification of secondary activities of civil servants in 2022
“Beamte” (civil servants) are required to report all secondary employment activities in accordance with § 8 Landesnebentätigkeitsverordnung (LNTVO, state secondary employment regulation).
Please provide the Division of Human Resources with a complete listing by Saturday, 1 July 2023 as per § 8 para. 1 LNTVO, including:
1. All secondary employment activities for the past calendar year (i.e. 2022) for which you are required to provide notification on and receive approval for.
2. Changes made to this information in accordance with § 63 para. 2 Landesbeamtengesetz (LBG, state civil service act).

Even if a secondary employment activity was approved for a longer period of time it still must be listed in the annual report form.
If you are not secondarily employed then you will not need to submit anything.
