UEPA Scientists took part in the International Conference ICL2020 "2020 Educating Engineers for Future Industrial Revolutions", Tallinn, Estonia
From 23 to 25 of September, UEPA scientists took part in the 49th International Conference on Engineering Pedagogy «ICL - 2020 Educating Engineers for Future Industrial Revolutions», which was held in Tallinn (Estonia) on the basis of the Tallinn University of Technology (TalTech). The Conference combined the 23-rd International Conference on Interactive Collaborative Learning and the 49-th International IGIP Conference on Engineering Pedagogy.
In 2020, the Conference due to quarantine restrictions was held entirely in virtual format. The organizers of Conference: International Society of Engineering Pedagogy IGIP; International Online Engineering Association; Tallinn University of Technology TalTech.
At the Conference, UEPA scientists presented the Erasmus + PAGOSTE project "New Management Mechanisms Based on Partnership and Standardization of Vocational Education Teacher Training in Ukraine" and presented their scientific research works on the following topics:
"Optimization of Curricula of Engineering and Pedagogical Specialties Based on the Construction of a Model for Structuring Interdisciplinary Relations" and "Ontological Visualization of Knowledge Structures Based on the Operational Management of Information Objects".
Also, representatives of the Academy took part in the seminars of the Conference, dedicated to: decentralization of education using blockchain technology; a board game for generating ideas for development of “Create Products” products and an IGIP Methodology Workshop for building conceptual questions to evaluate critical errors in engineering industries.
The Ukrainian Engineering-Pedagogical Academy at ICL2020 was represented by: Academy Rector, Doctor of Pedagogical Sciences Olena Kovalenko, Head of the Department of Pedagogy, Methodology and Management of Education, Doctor of Pedagogical Sciences Natalya Bryukhanova, Associate Professor of the Department of Information, Computer Technologies and Mathematics, Candidate of Pedagogical Sciences Tatiana Bondarenko, Associate Professor of the Department of Pedagogy, Methodology and Management of Education Natalya Bozhko, Associate Professor of the Department of Information, Computer Technologies and Mathematics, Candidate of Technical Sciences Tatiana Yashun and postgraduate student of the Department of Pedagogy, Methodology and Management of Education Juergen Koeberlein-Kerler.
Scientific research works UEPA scientists presented in collaboration with colleagues from the University of Applied Sciences Würzburg-Schweinfurt, Germany; State Scientific and Pedagogical Library of Ukraine named after V.A. Sukhomlinsky; The Flight Academy of the National Aviation University; Lviv National Agrarian University.
The proceedings of the conference will be published under the title ICL2020 Proceedings in Springer's «Advances in Intelligent Systems and Computing». The books of this series are indexed in ISI Proceedings, EI-Compendex, DBLP, SCOPUS, Google Scholar, and Springerlink.
