The Academic Staff Development event programme supports academics at the University of Konstanz with a wide range of information events and workshops on developing interdisciplinary skills in research, teaching and management.
As a researcher and teacher, you are an expert in your subject. At the same time, your interdisciplinary skills are required in your everyday academic life. Proving your interdisciplinary skills is also an increasingly important component of your career in application procedures within and outside the university.
