Working online on the need analysis
On April 13, 2020, the regular online working meeting of the Erasmus + project participants “New governance mechanisms based on partnership and standardization of teacher training in Ukraine (PAGOSTE)” was held using the ZOOM platform.
On April 13, 2020, the regular online working meeting of the Erasmus + project participants “New governance mechanisms based on partnership and standardization of teacher training in Ukraine (PAGOSTE)” was held using the ZOOM platform.
Representatives included:

- Kyiv National Economic University named after Vadym Hetman (Ukraine)
- South Ukrainian National Pedagogical University named after K.D. Ushynsky (Ukraine)
- National Transport University (Ukraine)
- Ukrainian Engineering Pedagogics Academy (Ukraine)
- Ministry of Education and Science of Ukraine (Ukraine)
- Institute of Vocational Education and Training of the National Academy of Educational Sciences of Ukraine (Ukraine)
The purpose of the working meeting was to discuss the tools for studying the quality of training of VET teachers in Ukraine, the experience of collaboration of main stakeholders (institutions of higher and vocational education), the satisfaction of students with training, in particular the organization of teaching internship, motives, expectations of students and their intentions for future employment.
Based on the conducted research, project participants are planning to elaborate mechanisms for governance of vocational teacher education based on partnership and collaboration of main stakeholders.
During the online meeting, the partners agreed on the structure and content of the questionnaire for conducting a survey of students studying in the specialty “Vocational Education”.
