At this round table, expert knowledge of the ZUKOnnect/Herz Fellows will help researchers from the University of Konstanz understand academic career paths in the home country of the ZUKOnnect/Herz Fellows. They will provide in-depth knowledge on structural differences as well as discipline specific insights into local academic careers. Researchers from Konstanz will then be better informed on how to read and understand applications from Africa, Asia and Latin America.
The round table will address both researchers in the social science and humanities and in the STEM fields.
